OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

Milwaukee M18 FUEL Brushless Combo Kit + Cash Prizes

Digital artwork purchases offered by TB Autowerks are standalone transactions and deliver their own independent value.

From time to time, TB Autowerks may offer promotional giveaways in connection with qualifying purchases as a complimentary bonus.

Giveaway entries are not sold separately, have no independent monetary value, and are provided solely as a promotional benefit.

Winners are selected at random and announced publicly.

This promotion is not a lottery and is conducted for promotional purposes in connection with product support.

 

1. Eligibility

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of TB Autowerks are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by TB Autowerks (“Sponsor”).

3. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry Method

Each purchase of the designated digital artwork product available at www.tbautowerks.com will receive one (1) complimentary Giveaway entry.
Multiple purchases may receive multiple entries.

B. Alternative Free Entry Method (AMOE)

To receive one (1) free Giveaway entry without making a purchase, send an email to sales@tbautowerks.com with the subject line:

“MILWAUKEE FUEL COMBO KIT”

The email must include the entrant’s full name, address and contact number.  

Free entry requests must be received before the Giveaway closes.
Limit one (1) free entry per person.

Automated, bulk, or mechanically generated entries will not be accepted.

4. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected:

  • First Prize (1 Winner):

    • Milwaukee M18 FUEL Brushless Combo Kit

  • Second Prize (1 Winner):

    • $500 cash

  • Third Prize (1 Winner):

    • $250 cash

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries once all entry slots have been sold or the Giveaway period closes.

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at checkout and may also be announced publicly on the official TB Autowerks Instagram page (@tb_autowerks).

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Verification of Winners

Potential winners may be required to confirm eligibility or provide additional verification before a prize is awarded.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree to allow TB Autowerks to use their name, likeness, and/or winning announcement for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues,

  • Failed transactions,

  • Delays in digital delivery,

  • Lost or misdirected communications.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims related to participation or prize fulfillment.

10. Void Where Prohibited

This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

11. Sponsor Rights

TB Autowerks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Acceptance of Official Rules

By participating, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
